Dort sorgt er für neuen Ärger: Police Officer Rafferty verliert wegen Earl seinen Job und fängst ebenfalls bei "National Security" an. Zu allem Überfluss müssen die beiden Chaoten-Cops jetzt zusammenarbeiten! Dabei kommen sie einer Schmugglerbande mit besten Verbindungen zur Polizei auf die Spur. Von nun an wollen ihnen Verbrecher und Polizei gleichermaßen an den Kragen. Und dabei würden sich die Partner wider Willen doch am liebsten gegenseitig umlegen!
