What it’s about. Der Hotelangestellte Skeeter erzählt seiner Nichte und seinem Neffen eine Gute-Nacht-Geschichte, wie es sein Vater immer getan hat. Mit der Hoffnung auf Profit durch diesen Umstand erzählt der Onkel den Kindern weitere Geschichten, die für ihn ein gutes Ende haben. Doch er muss bald feststellen, dass nicht er die Kontrolle über die Geschehnisse hat und deshalb einiges schief läuft.
