What it’s about. Regisseur Rémi steht kurz vorm Nervenzusammenbruch. Am Set seines Low-Budget-Zombiefilms folgt eine Katastrophe der nächsten: Der männliche Hauptdarsteller ist eine Diva, die Nebendarstellerin besitzt die emotionale Reichweite und das Talent von Toastbrot, der Kameramann hat Rücken und beim Tontechniker machen sich fiese Darmaktivitäten bemerkbar. Kann Rémi die Dreharbeiten noch retten? Die turbulente Komödie mit Romain Duris und Bérénice Bejo in den Hauptrollen ist nicht nur ein Feuerwerk origineller Ideen, sondern zugleich eine warmherzige Liebeserklärung an die Kunst des Filmemachens. Zugegeben, den irren Einstieg muss man erst einmal verdauen, wird dann jedoch mit einem außergewöhnlichen, ständig an Fahrt aufnehmenden Kinoerlebnis voller raffinierter Twists belohnt, das die Lachmuskeln bis zur äußersten Belastungsgrenze strapaziert. Film ab!
