What it’s about. Der afroamerikanische Drogendealer Ronald 'Strike' Dunham führt ein klar geregeltes Leben in New York. Seine Geschäfte laufen ganz ordentlich und er kann sich der Freundschaft des erfahrenen Rodney Little sicher sein. Das kriminelle Milieu der Straße ist für Strike ein Zuhause, in dem er sich auskennt. Und auch Strike muss erkennen, dass Gaunerehre ihre engen Grenzen hat, wenn es um den eigenen Vorteil eines Gangsters geht.
