What it’s about. Um 1830 wird Sir William Walker in die portugisische Kolonie Queimada entsandt, um die wirtschaftliche Lage zu destablisieren. Er zettelt eine Revolte der Schwarzen an, allerdings nur mit dem Hintergrund, daß seine Hintermänner künftig die Kolonie wirtschaftlich besser ausbeuten können. Zehn Jahre später jedoch stören die immer noch aktiven Aufständischen die aus der Kolonie entstammenden Profite und Walker wird zurückgesandt, um den Guerillaaufstand, den er verursacht hat, nieder zu schlagen...
