Während er so einerseits das Herz der schönen Studentin Carin gewinnt, treibt er andererseits die bornierte Hochschul-Verwaltung an den Rand des Wahnsinns. Als Patch dann auch noch heimlich sein eigenes Krankenhaus gründen möchte, schießt er eindeutig über das Ziel hinaus. Zur Strafe soll er vom Studium ausgeschlossen werden…
