Tomoyuki Shimura (志村 知幸, Shimura Tomoyuki, 12 de diciembre de 1963) es un actor de voz (seiyuu), narrador y actor japonés. Nació en la ciudad de Hitachi, Prefectura de Ibaraki. Está afiliado a Ken Production. Desempeña una amplia gama de papeles, desde jóvenes hasta ancianos, principalmente en papeles secundarios.
