As the death toll rises, Lynch and Ross must determine whether these murders are connected. More importantly, though, how is this maniacal individual so precise and able to cover their tracks so well? This psychopath's ability to stay one step ahead leaves Lynch and Ross asking one another a rather daunting question. Does this brilliant killer work in law enforcement by day?
