À la tête de la mafia russo-israélienne, la redoutable Irina Vlaslov ordonne à l'équipe d'effectuer un dernier braquage extrêmement risqué. Michael ne voit qu'une seule issue : détourner l'attention de l'ensemble des forces de police en déclenchant un code "999" – signifiant "Un policier est à terre". Mais rien ne se passe comme prévu…
