What it’s about. L'armée est réquisitionnée pour remplacer la Police en grève dans une grande ville Canadienne. Les jeunes voyous en profitent pour se défouler et se moquer des policiers qui souhaitent l'augmentation de leur salaire. Pour les tenir en respect, des particuliers forment une milice afin de soutenir l'armée. Ils pénètrent dans un bar d'homosexuels où ils s'attaquent au barman et aux clients, le barman étant tué dans le conbat. Pour qu'il n'y ait pas de témoins, les hommes assassinent tous les clients présents mais l'un d'eux parvient à s'échapper. Il se réfugie chez un couple qui décide de le protéger. Mais au cours de la nuit suivante, les tueurs retrouvent sa trace et entreprennent la poursuite de leur massacre...
