Peter Cook Interview (1967)

Shot in 1967, during the boom he led in satirical comedy, Peter Cook, has just finished work on Bedazzled. Agreeing with Braden that he is the "definitive amateur", he muses on projects like Derek & Clive, and Beyond The Fringe. Improvisation and discipline are discussed, together with Cook's dismay at contemporary politics, expressed with the eloquence expected from the backer of Private Eye.
